Buying From Outside The UK
Buying from Outside the UK
Customers outside the UK are liable for customs charges on all orders placed with us.
Your country's customs department will contact you before your order is delivered to pay any customs and clearing fees.
Customs fees differ between countries, so we are not able to tell you what the charge will be beforehand. We recommend you contact your local customs office or Google 'custom fees' to determine what the fees will be for your particular country.
If you refuse the parcel due to customs charges, the parcel will be returned to us. Please note that this can take several weeks. Once received, we will refund the order less the outbound postage charge and a £10 administration handling fee for customs refusal.
Customs clearance does add a few days to the delivery of your parcel. However, customs clearance can take several weeks during busy times of the year or local staff shortages/issues.
Once your parcel is with customs, we are not able to expedite it, so please be patient if customs clearance is taking longer than normal.
