Andy, from respected shoemakers DB Shoes, is a men's extra wide Velcro close casual, perfect for men with foot issues such as swelling, hammertoes and bunions.

The fitting offers plenty of depth to accommodate swollen feet, high insteps and a range of medical foot conditions which require lots of depth and width in footwear.
The Velcro straps are long and can be cut to fit (please note that the shoes cannot be returned once cut.).
The round toe shape also gives toes plenty of room, so they do not feel tight and uncomfortable.
Andy has a sporty design, and the breathable mesh uppers look great. The suede detailing on the upper and blue heel grip add some on-trend detailing. The padded heel collar and tongue are lovely touches, adding to the overall comfort level.
The hard-wearing rubber outsole offers excellent grip and stability.
The Andy will be very popular with men with wide feet or foot conditions who want an up-to-date look and stylish shoe.

This model is a 6V width fitting.
A 6V fitting is an extra-wide fitting, and one of our widest. This fitting offers lots of width and extra depth in the toe area.
A 6V fitting means the fit can be adjusted to increase the depth of the shoe, increasing it from a 6E to an 8E fitting.
Additional depth in a shoe is important for conditions such as hammertoes, bunions, gout and swelling as it stops toes rubbing against the top of the shoe which can cause irritation and discomfort.
A variable fit is recommended for those who may need to adjust the fit over the day or are recovering from a procedure where the foot is swollen as the fit can be reduced as the swelling recedes.
These width fittings are not available on the high street, even at well known wide fitting shops.
