We appreciate that shopping online for specialist footwear can be difficult so we offer a simple 28 day returns policy.
Unfortunately we can only accept returns for unworn items, so please ensure you try the shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.
**Extended Returns Period Over Christmas !!
We appreciate that many customers are ordering as Christmas gifts for friends and relatives, so any footwear purchased during November and December can be returned in January. Please ensure any tags are still on the shoes and they have not been worn. **
Address For Returns
Please send any unwanted items to the following address with a copy of the returns form sent with the order. If you do not have this then please email us at sales@wideshoes.co.uk and we can email a copy to you.

**Please ensure you pack the return correctly (you can reuse the courier bag we sent your order in - simply turn it inside out ). Please do not just sellotape the shoe box and write your address on it as this means we need to replace the box on return. We do charge a new box fee of £7 if we need to change the box because it has your address or tape on it.***
Returning From Outside The UK
If returning from outside the UK, please ensure you mark the parcel and any customs documentation 'Returning to Seller' to avoid any issue with customs.
Cost Of Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the wrong item was dispatched. If the wrong item was sent we will send a Freepost return label for you to use.
Refunding Your Order
Once we receive your return we will refund to the card originally used for purchase. While we process refunds on the day received it can take 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your bank account, depending on the bank.
Exchanges
If you require a different size then please note this on the paperwork included with the parcel and we can send out the new size. We do not normally charge for outbound postage if you are ordering the same style, but in a different size or width.
Received the Wrong Item Or Item Is Faulty
Please get in touch if you feel that your purchase has a fault or is defective. Any footwear considered faulty after wear needs to be returned for inspection by our technical team. Any offer of a refund is subject to fault confirmation by this team.
