Ken from Cosyfeet is a comfortable and stylish wide fit Velcro close shoe for men with swollen feet or foot conditions such as bunions and hammer toes.

The front of the shoe is made from stretch elastine which will stretch to comfortably accommodate mishapen feet and toes, and the Velcro close allows the fit to be adjusted for a supportive and comfortable fit.

The toe area has been designed to be seam free, so this shoe is ideal if you have sensitive feet or suffer from diabetes. The shoe also has a padded tongue and colour for extra cushioning.

Cosyfeet Ken is the equivalent of a 6E fitting with a removable insole so you can use your own orthotics if required.

The deep fit and stretch upper offers plenty of space inside the shoe to accommodate swelling and bunions or hammertoes.

The front of the shoe is Teflon coated so it is stain and water resistant, and the sole hard wearing but also lightweight and flexible.

Extension straps are available (sold separately) if required which extend the length of the Velcro strap is your feet are bandaged or very swollen.

Feature Summary

  • This model is a 6E width fitting.

A 6E fitting is an extra wide fitting, and one of our widest.

Not only does this fitting offer plenty of width, it also has extra depth and is recommended for those with serious foot conditions such as large bunions, gout and very swollen feet.

Extra Wide Fitting 6E Width With Deeper Toe Box

This width is much wider than anything you can find on the high street and is only available from specialist wide fitting shops and websites.

If you have oedema or swelling, and the conditions varies through the day, then we would try a 6V fitting instead of a 6E. A 6V fitting offers more flexibility in the fitting and can be adjusted to cope with fluctuations in your condition.

What is the difference between a 4E and 6E width fitting?
