Returning From Outside The UK
If returning from outside the UK, please ensure you mark the parcel and any customs documentation 'Returning to Seller' to avoid any issue with customs.
Cost Of Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the wrong item was dispatched. If the wrong item was sent we will send a Freepost return label for you to use.
Refunding Your Order
Once we receive your return we will refund to the card originally used for purchase. While we process refunds on the day received it can take 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your bank account, depending on the bank.
Exchanges
If you require a different size then please note this on the paperwork included with the parcel and we can send out the new size. We do not normally charge for outbound postage if you are ordering the same style, but in a different size or width.
Received the Wrong Item Or Item Is Faulty
Please get in touch if you feel that your purchase has a fault or is defective. Any footwear considered faulty after wear needs to be returned for inspection by our technical team. Any offer of a refund is subject to fault confirmation by this team.

Common Questions We Get Asked..
Very few people know their width fitting. Width fittings are described in the UK using a letter. Most of the shoes you will find on the high street are a D width fitting - which is a standard fitting.
As a rule of thumb, if you find normal high street shoes a squeeze than an E or 2E fitting should suit.
If you have moderate swelling, bunions, gout or hammer toes then a 4E fitting should give you the room you need.
If you suffer from very swollen feet or have a serious foot condition then we would suggest a 6E or 8E width fitting.
If you see a V after the width fitting, e.g. 2V or 6V then this indicates a variable fitting which gives extra fitting options.

Possibly. Some styles are ongoing lines and we regularly fill missing sizes. Some styles are preorder only, which means we had to place our stock order before the season starts so once they are gone they are gone.
