Darren is a 6V fitting which means it has plenty of width and a deep toe box which will accommodate swollen feet and other medical foot conditions such as severe bunions, hammertoes and gout. The rounded toe design also gives toes plenty of wiggle room, so they don't feel cramped.
The style opens up for each access, and the dual Velcro strap makes them easy to put on. Straps can be cut for the perfect length (please note the shoes are not returnable if straps have been cut, so please ensure the size and fit is correct before doing this).
The air-cushioned insoles are designed to be removed if needed, so you can insert your custom orthotics or to provide additional depth. There is also a secondary insole which can be removed, creating plenty of options to get the right fit, regardless of your foot shape.
