Elveden is a ladies extra wide fitting slip-on mule slipper, with a fun and eye-catching leopard print design.

The uppers are made with soft, velvety velour so they feel super cosy.  There are also no seams around the toe area making them extra comfortable.

The Elveden offers more support than a normal slipper thanks to the outsole which is made from rubber to support and cushion the foot. The rubber sole means they can be worn as a house shoe and for walks around the garden and short trips to the shop.

Designed in a 6E fitting, so plenty of extra width and depth for ladies with bunions, hammer toes or swollen feet. The insoles can be removed to increase the slipper to an 8E fitting, out widest fitting if required.

Healthy Footwear Guide Approved Shoe.

6V Variable Width Fitting Shoes - Adjustable Depth For Swollen Feet

A  6V fitting is an extra-wide fitting, and one of our widest. This fitting offers lots of width and extra depth in the toe area.

A 6V fitting means the fit can be adjusted to increase the depth of the shoe, increasing it from a 6E to an 8E fitting.

Additional depth in a shoe is important for conditions such as hammertoes, bunions, gout and swelling as it stops toes rubbing against the top of the shoe which can cause irritation and discomfort.

A variable fit is recommended for those who may need to adjust the fit over the day or are recovering from a procedure where the foot is swollen as the fit can be reduced as the swelling recedes.

These width fittings are not available on the high street, even at well known wide fitting shops.
