Cosyfeet Emma is our recommended slipper for customers with serious foot conditions such as severe swelling or oedema. The slipper has 2 Velcro straps to allow lots of customisation to the fit and comes in a generous 6E fitting.

The Extension straps (pair) creates even more room inside the slipper and are very easy to attach.

Simply attach the extension strap to the Velcro part of the slipper and bingo, more room!

Unfortunately we can only accept returns for unworn items, so please ensure you try the shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.

Please send any unwanted items to the following address with a copy of the returns form sent with the order.

**Please ensure you pack the return correctly (you can reuse the courier bag we sent your order in - simply turn it inside out ). Please do not just sellotape the shoe box and write your address on it as this means we need to replace the box on return. We do charge a new box fee of £2.50 if we need to change the box because it has your address or tape on it.***

If returning from outside the UK, please ensure you mark the parcel 'Returning to Seller' to avoid any issue with customs.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the wrong item was dispatched. If the wrong item was sent we will send a Freepost return label for you to use.

Once we receive your return we will refund to the card originally used for purchase. If you require a different size then please note this on the paperwork included with the parcel and we can send out the new size. While we process refunds on the day received it can take 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your bank account, depending on the bank.

Please note that we do charge outbound postage on exchanges and this would be automatically debited from the original card used for purchase. If you would prefer to use another card for the outbound postage then please write this on the paperwork and we will call you for further instructions.

Please get in touch if you feel that your purchase has a fault or is defective. Any footwear considered faulty after wear needs to be returned for inspection by our technicial team. Any offer of a refund is subject to fault confirmation by this team.

Common Questions We Get Asked..

Very few people know their width fitting. Width fittings are described in the UK using a letter. Most of the shoes you will find on the high street are a D width fitting - which is a standard fitting.

As a rule of thumb, if you find normal high street shoes a squeeze than an E or 2E fitting should suit.

If you have moderate swelling, bunions, gout or hammer toes then a 4E fitting should give you the room you need.

If you suffer from very swollen feet or have a serious foot condition then we would suggest a 6E or 8E width fitting.

If you see a V after the width fitting, e.g. 2V or 6V then this indicates a variable fitting which gives extra fitting options.

Possibly. Some styles are ongoing lines and we regularly fill missing sizes. Some styles are preorder only, which means we had to place our stock order before the season starts so once they are gone they are gone.
